Hands-on maths discovery centre with over 40 interactive exhibits, from code-breaking to shapes and AI.

Home ed: Home Education Days on set term-time weekdays, when no school groups are booked, so lots of home ed families visit together. Cost: Standard: adults £14.50, children 3–17 £13, under-3s free, family of 4 £50 – tickets last a year Home ed: ordinary tickets; groups of 20 can ask for an extra workshop
Practical: Term time: Tue–Fri 10:00–16:00, Sat–Sun 10:00–17:00. Some term-time days are closed for school bookings, so book ahead. 5 minutes' walk from Southwark or Blackfriars; no parking.

Why we'd go

Maths you can touch: code-breaking, shape and space, AI and an under-8s zone. Tickets last a year, so it's easy to come back.

Most visits take 1–2 hours, so pair it with something else on the South Bank. Some term-time days are closed for schools – book before you go.
