Why we'd go
Native British and European animals – bears, wolves, lynx, red squirrels – in spacious enclosures across 40 acres of woodland, plus a big play area with drop slides and zip lines and a separate under-5s area.
Watch out for
It gets busy all year, so arrive early. Woodland paths can be muddy, and some animals are hard to spot – later in the day is often better for sightings.
Details last checked: 1 October 2026. Please check with the venue before you travel.
